Prior to December 1, 2020, the ABR 50/50 Volatility Fund (ABRSX) was known as the ABR Dynamic Short Volatility Fund. Prior to then, and in particular during February 2020, the Fund provided investors only short volatility exposure, and did not provide exposure to ABR Dynamic Funds’ long volatility strategy. Such long exposure would have likely reduced the Fund’s negative performance for the period discussed above. The expense ratio for ABRSX is 3.70% gross and 2.50% net after fee waiver and/or expense reimbursement, which contractually remains in effect till 11/30/2021.

The ABR 75/25 Volatility Fund – Institutional Shares (VOLSX) was launched on August 3, 2020. Its expense ratio is 3.25% gross and 1.75% after fee waiver and/or expense reimbursement, which contractually remains in effect till 11/30/2021.
